A dark theme / Night mode is now enabled on this forum. You can access it by clicking your avatar on the top right corner of your page.
Please note that this feature is experimental at the moment. We can continue if you like it. But if the feedback is negative, it would safe to roll back this addition.
Works fine for me. Thanks. 🙃 🙃
Love it. There's a couple of inconsistencies but nothing that can't be fixed with body.dark css

Point to them, please.

I am not sure we have access to that in this case.
Is this custom code ?
Abhi it is, yes. Not sure you'll have access as you are not hosting yourself.
We use a plugin called FoF Dark mode.
If you people are not happy with / is buggy, we can disable it.
admin yes, I'm aware of it. This extension does have some issues, but it's going to be updated soon which will hopefully resolve outstanding issues.
Let me try for one whole day. Then I can give feedback. When I tried for 10 minutes it was ok.

Bad colour combination ?
Abhi Bad colour combination ?
Yes - in the sense that some classes are missing meaning it uses the default instead of the dark replacement
Ah i tried it out and i am happy with the light theme.
phenomlab it uses the default instead of the dark replacement
Yes. Some elements are too bright and from the default theme.
I love this, thanks!
As much as I love this, it needs work sadly. The emphasis colours are not easy to see - for example, something that should have a highlighted background isn't easily recognised. If this is the "stock" nightmode extension, there are several CSS classes that are in fact missing.
At least we have a dark mode. I would like to see support for multiple themes. A theme selector of the sorts.
We have a Dark mode which works nice. But that is not member accessible. So it is either global dark theme or global light theme. Until the platform comes with an option for users to select the themes, I am afraid we have run out of options.
I see forums offering a dark theme. I personally like the Light one as the Dark hurts my eyes. What prompts people to opt for the dark one?

When you have to look into the screen for many hours, some people find that dark themes are better.
