It is indeed great to see this being so actively developed. It's always a shame when a project switches from Open Source to paid for models, it leaves so many people behind, struggling to find a solution to keep their projects going. I remember when Invision Board first went paid, the number of forums that had to stay on dated software because they couldn't afford their licensing costs was staggering. They've been extremely successful since the switch to paid software, and good on them for making it what it is today, but they definitely left some of their foundation behind in doing so. It's great that this project has taken a lot of that foundation and built something of their own. Best of luck to them!
