Do you think domains which doesn't allow privacy should have some option to protect privacy?
.in domains have no domain privacy, i wanted a way to protect few vital details in it.

What you say is true. But they lack privacy protection because they are meant to. While when I buy a .co.uk domain, I do not want to shout my address and phone number to the world, country-specific domains currently have this problem.
At this point, there is nothing much we can do about it other than talking about it on forums and social media.
I didn't realize some domains wouldn't allow the protection of privacy. Thank you for teaching me something new 🙂
In answer to your question, I think they should offer that option. The 'net can be a scary place.
ZandraJoi The 'net can be a scary place.
2 days back, I saw this news. Some open-source maintainer got attacked by a rival group. At his home, on way his home etc. Because they managed to find his/her physical address.
Oh that is really scary, we can give fake address to protect ourselves from these events?
That is not a recommended choice. But a lot of people do that.
Jason Oh that is really scary,
Yes, it is..
Abhi Okay i see, then better to go with domains with whois privacy enabled rather than exposing our details.
Jason better to go with domains with whois privacy enabled
A very very wise decision 👍️
I used to have the same concerns. Then I simply stopped using them. I am very particular about keeping the private info safe.
I'm a very private person myself. Nobody knows my real name. I don't share pics. It's too easy to be hacked online.

How do you protect your PC ?
Very wise. Privacy is a lost thing these days.
